Can't recommend HD3 Removals highly enough! The entire team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and care. Moving is typically an incredibly stressful experience, but HD3 made it completely seamless. They arrived exactly on time, worked with incredible efficiency in extreme heat, and handled all of our belongings with the utmost respect. Heavy furniture and fragile items alike were perfectly wrapped and safely transported. Ryan & Dan had a positive attitude and work ethic. They remained cheerful, polite, and accommodating throughout the entire 2 days. So glad we chose this company - HD3 are very professional and we'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone - 5 star! No breakages whatsoever. 100% trusted company !!

Never used a removal firm before and I was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing. HD3 were professional from the very beginning with a very professional quotation unlike a number of others who just quoted me a price on WhatsApp.
The day of the move I was kept up to date with everything.
A very special mention must go out to the two guys who moved us on the day.
Ryan and Brad were beyond amazing. Worked tirelessly the whole day and it was quite the day. They were efficient, hard working and just genuinely good guys. I can’t thank them enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish they were an absolute class act! Ben came out to view the property on the day and was really quick getting back to us with a very reasonable quote, easy booking system online and then Ryan and Callum were our movers and honestly, they were two of the kindest, most patient and capable people we could have hoped for. Super professional but really took the time in what was a stressful and emotional move for my parents, they went above and beyond for us and spoke so highly of the company they work for and Ben which speaks volumes. Brilliant. Five people helped us move. Can't believe the speed they got our stuff out of quite a challenging property. They were polite, fun, calm under pressure when we arrived at our new home and the previous owners had not yet completed their move out. They went above and beyond at both homes. I'm hoping not to use their services again for a very long time but would highly recommend to others.

Great experience from start to finish. Ben sent my quote within 24 hours, easy booking system.
Joe & Daniel arrived at 9am & took care with packing the van & getting far more in than I expected, as I had a lot to move even came with a second van for the last few bits.
They worked so hard & were really friendly with plenty of banter between us during, which made it less stressful. Thank you guys.

Sorry. I didn't want to ruin your excellent review status. But I can only review according to my experience, not everyone else's. Team very friendly, polite and communicative. However Ben could not turn up to visit me on the first booking, due to being stuck in traffic. OK. Not his fault. Then I rang to ask why I had not received my quote. I was told the computer systems were down. I received it days later for far more than I expected it to be. Bearing in mind they are supposed to be the cheapest. My next door neighbour used them and paid 499 quid for a further distance and had loads of stuff to move. I have half of that amount and going to a less distance and was quoted over 600 quid. Obviously it just does not make sense. Thanks anyway

Firstly I would like to apologise that I was stuck in traffic several hours away from your property for your evening survey however I did come round to your property to survey by 8am the next morning prior to us opening for the day. Secondly, Yes our quoting system did go down which affected our usual 24 hour or under turnaround from survey to quotation, unfortunately these systems are run by a third party tech company not ourselves. We can understand your frustration as we were also frustrated by this. To clarify and defend ourselves in reply to the remainder of your review I would like to make the following points. We have never claimed to be the cheapest and your neighbours move has no bearing on the cost of your own. As advertised we offer bespoke quotations based on each individual move. Various factors/costs are taken into account when providing quotations including labour & time taken, vehicle/s required and very importantly the cost to clean or even replace equipment used, including where required a deep clean of the vehicle to ensure everything is safe/satisfactory for our next customer. We take the upmost pride in providing the highest standards and care for our customers and their belongings and therefore at times costs can be higher than others to ensure corners are not cut and standards are maintained. Long distance - Short notice - First class 👌

HD3 made a 370-mile move from West Yorkshire to Falmouth far more seamless than we could have hoped for. Packing materials arrived at the perfect time and and the entire house was carefully loaded into the van in under 3 hours and nearly stacked in storage ready for our arrival next day. They even saved us me y on storage by estimating the correct square footage!

HD3 Removals helped move us from our terrace to a new bungalow, the two guys were absolutely amazing, you could not ask for a more friendly and accommodating set of guys. Everything was done with the upmost care and attention. They even had knowledge of the area we were moving to and gave us plenty advice of the surrounding area that has been amazing. We could honestly not ask for a better service. The cost was very reasonable and booking was fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend every time. We had such a difficult time with our move, the guys came to remove our home and before we could move our sale was put on hold. Ben was amazing and stored our belongings until our next date. That fell through again but Ben was so nice and assured us when we got our next date they would deliver when needed.. the guys were extremely helpful and so professional. HD3 did an amazing move for us. From the very beginning when Ben came to quote we were confident that it would all run smoothly. Ben’s advice re the logistics of our move was spot on. He was endlessly patient when we experienced several changes of date. We moved 100 miles so Luke and his team came the first day to load up our house and garden and they then drove up on the second day to unload. On Day 1, they arrived at 7.30am….it felt like an army arriving, a seemingly endless stream of big lads!! Our four bed house, garage and lots of garden pots, plants, benches, heavy bird bath and large storage shed was all loaded into 3 vans and they were pulling off the drive by 10.30am. We were gobsmacked! The next morning, they rang when they were about an hour away, arrived at 9.45am and set to. They finished around 2.30pm and they didn’t stop. We kept them supplied with plenty of tea and coffee…and biscuits…Luke took charge of those!…but they didn’t stop. They were all so polite, helpful and good humoured, even when trying to fit sofas through narrow doorways and metal storage cabinets into a low ceiling outbuilding. And so patient carefully moving all of our big houseplants. Luke was very aware of what was going on and was anticipating potential problems as they went along. They worked so hard and were just a pleasure to have around. Lots of banter! The whole thing went very smoothly, it was well worth what we paid, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HD3 Removals to anyone.

First point of contact was professional and they didn’t ask for full payment in advance like some other companies do. I paid a deposit, and the rest on completion of the move.
